I have followed this book and it is really good. My personal perception after reading this book. Everyone, now or then suffered from obesity and over weight. People spend lots of money in buying Diet Pills and other Weight Loss Supplements to get the result without knowing how much they are risking their's life with chemical and with the side effect arise from that chemicals. Health is wealth.
